White oak brackets were precisely replicated to replace originals for this restoration project. Square pegs cover attachment points and add texture exactly like the originals.
Bas- relief white oak rake boards were custom carved to match original examples. White oak rope moulding frames the carvings which cascade down the rakes in a symmetrical pattern.
Massive oak brackets support a deep overhang while providing the perfect backdrop for the fine lantern.
Original white oak front door, returned to its former beauty after years of weather and neglect, make this entry truly special while preserving an important piece of this homes history. All the hardware was restored and reused as well as the traditional bronze interlocking weather stripping.
